Applying for a loan

Before you contact us, please read our lender guidelines, guarantor loans & equity loans pages to see if you qualify for a loan.

Applying for your Transportable Home Loan is simple!

Call us on 1300 889 761 and we'll go through the various options. If you would like us to find the best loan for you then follow these three easy steps...

Step 1 - Fill in an application form

This form is then entered into our system so a lender can be chosen.

Later we can upload your details directly into the lenders system so that you can get a faster approval.

Step 2 - Collect the supporting documents

Look at the checklist attached to the application form and tick off what documents we will need from you. These are documents such as loan statements, ID and payslips. If you have any problems getting copies of some of the documents then call us to see if we can use something else instead.

Step 3 - Send it to us!

You can fax the application to 02 8668 4810 or 02 9475 4466. If you would prefer then mail the application to:

We'll call you to discuss your options. Once you have chosen a loan we may need you to sign a privacy form for that lender before sending the loan off for approval.
