Who needs a conveyancer?

For those of you who are planning to purchase a land for your transportable home project, you need to use a conveyancer.

If you already own a piece of land, and are now looking for transportable home loans or transportable home builders, you do not need a conveyancer. Fees and Charges

Sale of Property

Boyd Conveyancing have a fixed fee of $750.00. A fee reduction of $100.00 is applied if you do not have a mortgage to a Financial Institution.

For this price Boyd Conveyancing will:

  • Prepare Contract for Sale.
  • Submit copy to you or the agent for marketing and any proposed purchaser.
  • Negotiate the terms of your Contract.
  • Attend to exchange of Contracts.
  • Notify your Financial Institution and communicate with them to ensure that they are prepared to release your property at settlement.
  • Prepare matter for settlement.
  • Attend to settlement and disburse funds in accordance with your instructions.
  • Communicate and notify you of all developments as the matter progresses.

Purchase of Properties

Boyd Conveyancing have a fixed fee of $850.00. A fee reduction of $100.00 is applied if you are not obtaining a mortgage.

For this price Boyd Conveyancing will:

  • Advise you in relation to the Contract for Sale.
  • Advise you as to various searches and obtain searches on your behalf.
  • Communicate with your financial institution to ensure unconditional loan approval and that they will be in a position to provide funds on completion of the purchase.
  • Negotiate the terms of your Contract.
  • Attend to exchange of Contracts.
  • Ensure property is not adversely affected in any way.
  • Prepare and attend to settlement of matter.
  • Arrange for release of keys to property after settlement.
  • Notify Council and Water Board and attend to registration of documents with the Land Titles Office.
  • Communicate and notify you of all developments as the matter progresses.
